Rose head nails
L67 Very early 19th century Pennsylvania stretcher base Tavern Table bearing old blue painted surface. One board top boasting breadboard ends has a nice overhang on all sides and bears a great dark natural patina from years of use. The legs and stretchers are mortised and pegged construction. Top is secured with large square head nails and wooden pegs. The wood is maple. Circa 1800. 
Measurements: 34 ¾” wide x 23” deep x 25 ½” tall. The overhang is 7 1/8” on ends and 3 ½” on sides.
