LL138 19th century miniature Pennsylvania blanket chest with original red painted surface bearing applied molding around lid that opens to reveal clean, natural patina interior with a small lidded til inside. Chest rests on applied turned feet. Small square head nail construction. The wood is pine. Circa 1850s-1880s. Measurements: 15 3/4" wide x 9 1/4" deep x 9 1/4" tall.
