M118 18th century Massachusetts original blue painted chest over drawers resting on a tall, cut out bracket base. The lift lid features applied molding around the edges and opens to reveal a clean, natural patina interior with lidded till. Both drawers have beaded edge fronts and are dovetailed construction. The drawer stretchers are also dovetailed. Three wide backboards are secured with “T” nails. Circa 1780s.
Measurements: 43 ¼” wide x 18 ½” deep x 43 ¼” tall.
