**SOLD** M139 18th century Eastern Shore, Maryland Miniature Blanket Chest retaining blue painted surface. Six-board yellow pine with dovetailed case and applied moldings to top and bottom, resting on turned feet. Prominent wooden peg construction throughout, with a few “T” and rosehead nails visible. Natural patina interior. Circa 1780-1800.
Measurements: 16 ¼” wide x 11 ¼” deep x 12 ½” tall.
