M247 Fantastic 18th century New England stretcher base tavern table in original old red painted surface with scrubbed top. The boards on the two-board top are a full 1” thick and are secured to the base with large rosehead nails. The apron, legs and stretchers are fully mortised and pegged. Stretchers are original and show great wear. Circa 1780-1800.
Measurements: 36 ¼” wide x 30” deep x 25 ½” tall. (19 ½” from apron to floor).
