RM1371 Late 19th early 20th century Paris Maine Sled in three beautiful polychrome colors. Blue background with two bands of mustard painted flowers and the bust of a Native American Indian wearing a feathered headdress stenciled in black in the center. Wooden sled with the oak runner frames being mortised on all four corners and encased in metal runners. Marked 'Pairs Mfg Co. South Paris, ME, U.S.A. No. 52' on the underside. Excellent condition!
