RM1510 Bluebill Decoy carved by James Holly (1855-1935) of Havre De Grace Maryland. Second coat of working paint with areas of original paint showing through. Original staple, ring and iron keel weight intact on bottom. NOTE: James Holly was the youngest son of John "Daddy” Holly, Sr. and was a boat builder and craftsman by trade.
