RM1525 Canvasback Drake decoy carved by George Reed Lockard (1866-1931) from the Elk Neck area of Cecil County, Maryland - deeply branded "BAYARD" on bottom. Original staple, ring, and weight intact on bottom. Very tight crack to neck. Great surface bearing a second coat of working paint beautifully done by Charlie Joiner (1921-2015) of Chestertown, Maryland.
