Uncle Sam features carved hair/facial and coat/vest/hat details all painted in a patriotic red, white and blue theme. He is holding a flag in each hand, and the arms spin freely to depict ‘waving the flags’.
Measurements: Overall height is 23 ¼” tall. Base measures 6” wide x 5 ½” deep.
