X593 Early 19th century Pennsylvania, split lidded Wood Box, very unusual form being dovetailed case, with applied beaded moldiing to conceal the dovetail joints on the ends. Very gracefully  turned small foot, which is mortised throught the bottom. Dovetailed center streacher, still retaining it's original red paint. circa 1800-1820
 Measurements are:73 1/2" long x 19 1/2" deep x 19 1/2" tall
